Our core philosophy at P&R is that we don't make money until our clients do. We de-risk the decision to retain us by working strictly on a modest commission per case basis. This rate is agreed to upfront, a basic contract is negotiated detailing expectations and causes for termination. We are accountable for the results.
For brands that require months and months of pre launch work, we propose a monthly fee to compensate us for our efforts. This fee ends when the brand is launched and replaced by our modest commission rate per case plan.
